US, EU push for the establishment of theSpecial Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) to incarceratethe “big fishes”. Position and opposition in unison for the protest of February 16.

While our partners insist on establishing SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation in Albania, Albanian politics, positions and opposition are doing the opposite in full unison. Each party, through various forms, actively and passively, is trying to lead Albanians to protest without any special target, just to block the establishing of SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation, and the incarceration ofthe “big fishes”. On February 16, Basha is expecting to achieve a provisional government and organize free elections. While Kryemadhi’s intention on this protest is not to dethrone Rama or to achieve a rotation in government, but to protest for integration, and a protest organized not with the intention of dethroning the prime minister, is so obviously desirable for Edi Rama as well. The only way that Berisha, Meta, Rama, Basha and Monika can cope with the establishment of justice institutions, is to organize a joint and fake protest on February 16. This is where the rascality of Albanian politics goes, so appalling that the protest is jointly organized and created to save their skin from prison.

The United States and the European Union are unceasingly calling on the judges and prosecutors to apply to justice bodies.

Such firm pressure from our partners comes from the fact that they are fiercely determined to establish SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation by the end of February.

US and EU investment in the adoption of justice reform and the establishment of justice institutions has always been and is a “lifeboat” for Albania and Albanians, so that the “big fishes” of corruption, crime and traffic go to prison.

At the same time, our partners have invested heavily financially and professionally for the establishment of new justice bodies to put the impunity in Albania to an end.

So while USA and the EU insist on establishing SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation in Albania, Albanian politics, the position and opposition are doing the opposite in full unison. Each party, through various forms, actively and passively, is trying to lead Albanians to protest without any special object, just to block the establishing of SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation, and the incarceration of the “big fishes”.

The opposition has forewarned of a major protest on February 16 against Rama’s government. Basha, the Democratic Party leader, says that on February 16, they will bring down this government and pave the way for a provisional government to organize new free and fair elections.

Recently, Monika Kryemadhi, the head of the Socialist Movement for Integration in opposition and alliance with the Democratic Party declared that the protest of February 16 will neither have the intention to bring down Rama’s government nor to cause a rotation in the government, but it will be for integration. And a protest organized not with the intention of dethroning the prime minister, is so obviously desirable for Edi Rama as well.

In this context, both the opposition and the majority are in complete unison for the protest of February 16and forthe target of this protest whose purpose is neither the improvement of the government, nor the lives of citizens, or even bringing downthe government, but to block the justice reform.

The only way that Berisha, Meta, Rama, Basha and Monika can cope with the establishment of justice institutions, is to organize a joint and fake protest on February 16.This is where the rascality of Albanian politics goes, so appalling that the protest is jointly organized and created to save their skin from prison.
