Rama’s “blow” to the EU has always been his scams about the economic growth, the decrease of unemployment, and most importantly the drastic reduction of the debt in Albania. Such a scenario from Rama and Ahmetaj, strongly supported by the head of the Bank of Albania, GentiSejko, has been constructed only to receive new debts. The international financial bodies have not forgiven Edi Rama, as they have revealed his scams in financial statements, which resulted in a € 50 million debt, which is much lower than the estimated level of these obligations by the experts of the IMF, approximately € 20 million.
Edi Rama cheated the EU with the financial statements year after year, having the support of ArbenAhmetaj “the master”, during the time he was the minister of finance.
Rama’s “blow” to the EU has always been his lies about the economic growth, the decrease of unemployment, and most importantly the drastic reduction of the debt in Albania.
Such a scenario, strongly supported by the head of the Bank of Albania, GentiSejko, was constructed only to reduce the value of EURO, the fictitious debt reduction, in order to receive new debts.
So far, Rama and his “fraudsters” have managed to ride the EU storm, since in all reports, all their calculations are made on the basis of Rama’s government’s figures sent to Brussels, where they state economic growth and debt reduction.
But the international financial bodies are never wrong and have not forgiven Edi Rama, as they have revealed all his scams with the financial statements.
Thus, the amount of state financial obligations to the private entities by the end of 2018 was ALL six billion one hundred seventy-six million, according to official statistics of the Ministry of Finance and Economy. The figure is equal to € 50 million.
But according to the International Monetary Fund this figure is four times lower than the reality.
So this figure published by Rama’s government is much lower than the estimated level of these obligations by IMF experts, who estimated that at the end of September 2018 the amount of the obligations was about € 200 million.
Meanwhile, the ministry reports only ALL 6.9 billion or € 55 million, raising the suspicion that the Albanian government uses another methodology to calculate its bad debt.
Which is in fact the methodology of scam and the calculation of all financial statements on the basis of the fictitious strengthening of the Albanian ALL and the forced reduction of the value of EURO.
Despite the fact that the government has to publish the figures each quarter, for 2018 these figures were lost from March and only 12 months later the ministry gave statistics related to their progress.
In accordance with the requirements of the law, a report has been presented on the overdue obligations newly created for the period 1.10.2018 – 31.12.2018 and those accumulated until 31.12.2018, while the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy stands on the top of the list.
So IMF revealed Rama’s government’s true colors, and uncovered his financial scams./Pamfleti
