Exclusive / 15 “big fishes” of justice that slipped through the first Vetting’s net. Plan B to bring them down.

Fifteen judges and prosecutors, with illegal assets, professionally incompetent, and former state security spies, managed to slip through the first Veting’s net, thus underminingthe faith in this vital process, which will lead to the punishment of the political mafia of Tirana, which has been ruling and stealing Albanians and Albania for three decades.
The Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, Bujar Sheshi, accused of being a State Security Spy, under the nickname ‘VENUSI’, managed to slip both Wetting’s nets, passing the two commissions. Sheshi passed the Independent Qualification Commission and since their decision was not appealed, he passed the Vetting completely. Later, Sheshi was elected a member of the High Council of Prosecution. 14 others only passed the first commission. Meanwhile, the Special Appellate Collegehas made a decision only for one of them, Bashkim Dedja, dismissing him from his position. The college gave a stinging slap to the Independent Qualification Commission.

The International Monitoring Operation, which consists of US and EU prosecutors and judges, has circled in red 6 “big fishes” of justice, which have slipped through the first Vetting’s net. They are Xhezair Zaganjori, Besnik Cani, Bashkim Dedja, Gentian Osmani, Artur Malaj and Gentian Medja. The International Monitoring Operation requested these judges and prosecutors to be urgently dismissed, as people with problems with the law. The dismissal of other ‘fishes’ of justice was requested by the Public Commissioner. All files, except for Bashkim Dedja’s file, are at the Appellate College. The Appellate College has so far shown evidence that it on US-EU and Albanians side, since itdismissedBashkim Dedja for some modest problems in his assets. Based on this standard, the College should dismiss all others. This is also Plan B to “attack” these people who slipped through the first Vetting’s net.
